How to set permissions on files and folders to Joomla to make it safer?
This guide is for those who use Joomla on LINUX operating system not Windows.
- To change the permissions via FTP on Linux we recommend these steps:
Set the permissions to all folders to 0755 is 0644 all files except the configuration file (configuration.php you find the root of your Joomla) in 0444
