1. Paint.NET : drawing and photo editing
2. Artweaver : drawing program similar to Photoshop
3. PhotoFiltre : prog. editing graphics and paint, similar in some respects Pixia
4. Gimp 2 : popular open source image editor, more info here
5. Pixia : Developed by a Japanese version Eng more ‘updated.
6. Anry Color Picker : steal the colors in various sizes
7. Image Analyzer : Allows advanced editing on the images
8. Blender 3D : 3D modeling
9. Wings3D : 3D modeling

11. bCAD LE : requires registration email does not render photorealistic (that does not make the Phong and ray-tracing)
12. WinCAD : 2D/3D CAD drawings
13. Inkscape : open source editor for vector graphics SVG
14. Snice edit 2 : Editor sympathetic but not entirely replace Microangelo.
15. Shop Icon : Replaces Microangelo librarian: Upload icons exe, icl exports (library) and ico
16. Icon Sushi : Convert images (including PSD) to icons (up to 32bit)
17. Icon tweaker : camiare allows icons to Windows
